Quick answer: Every major UK car manufacturer maintains a customer-facing digital service history portal. Bookmark this page — when you forget the login URL for BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Tesla or any of the others, this is the single index of every official portal. Updated quarterly.

UK car owners increasingly need direct access to manufacturer-held digital service records (DSR). Modern Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Tesla, and JLR all maintain online portals where the registered keeper can see their full service history. This page collects every official UK portal in one place.

What to do if your brand isn't listed

Smaller and niche UK marques (Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Lotus, MG, Subaru, Kia, Hyundai, Mini) all have owner portals — usually accessed via the brand's main UK website. For these, contact the brand's UK customer service for service history access guidance.

Why use the manufacturer portal vs. paper service book

  • Tamper-evident — manufacturer records are harder to fake than paper stamps
  • Universal access — any dealer can pull the record across the brand network
  • Recall and TSB tracking — outstanding service items appear in the same view
  • Mileage at service — recorded automatically, cross-references with MOT data

How buyers should use this directory

  1. Bookmark this page for any future used-car verification
  2. When viewing a used car, ask the seller to log into their manufacturer portal
  3. Screenshot or print the service history
  4. Cross-reference against the paper service book and gov.uk MOT history
  5. For premium cars, also pay a main dealer £15-£30 for an independent printout
